Avenue 6 Apartments are situated conveniently into what is becoming one of the most desirable parts of Huntsville to live in. The scope of work included a three story, 22,000 square foot apartment complex. The wood-framed structure featured 26 apartments, ranging from studios to 1- and 2-bedroom units. The exterior included brick, fiber-cement siding, and TPO roof, which is designed to reflect heat rather than absorb it. Amenities included a fitness center, grill station, dog park, and fire pit. Sitework included utilities, curb & gutter, asphalt paving, underground storm retention system, and all the landscaping with irrigation.
