We built McCurry Van & Car Rental’s new headquarters in Athens, AL. They had outgrown their current location and needed to expand. Plus, they were up against a deadline with the lease at their current location, so it was imperative we delivered the project on time. The sitework was highlighted by a new DOT approved turn lane from US Hwy 72, asphalt paving, and utilities on the 6-acre site. The construction of the 9,000-square-foot headquarters features a pre-engineered metal building structure that includes a sales and customer service areas up front and 6,000-square-foot vehicle service area in the back. The service area included lifts, compressed air, and two wash bays for returned vehicles.
